Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy personalised photo magnets from Magnevi Studio, operated by Elena Kraynova ("Magnevi", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them before ordering.

Contact us by email at magnevistudio@icloud.com or by post at Silverdale, The Street, Takeley, CM22 6LY, United Kingdom. Magnevi is an online-only business. We do not operate a physical retail store or accept customer visits at this address.

1. Our products

We make personalised 5 × 5 cm photo magnets from the files you provide. Product images on the website are illustrative. Screen settings, printing, cropping and the shape of the original photograph can cause reasonable differences in colour, positioning and appearance. We may make minor adjustments needed to fit a square format, but we will not intentionally make a material design change without contacting you.

2. Placing an order

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate order, contact and delivery information. Select a magnet pack, pay through Stripe and upload the correct number of photographs using the order details supplied at checkout. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we issue an order confirmation or begin production, whichever happens first.

If we cannot accept an order — for example because payment failed, an image cannot be printed lawfully or safely, or there is an obvious pricing error — we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the affected order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery unless the product page states otherwise. Any applicable taxes are included where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice. We do not store full payment-card details.

4. Your photographs and instructions

You keep ownership of your photographs. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, crop, resize and print them only as needed to produce, deliver and support your order.

You confirm that you own the images or have permission to use and reproduce them, including permission relating to identifiable adults and children. You must not upload illegal, abusive, infringing or otherwise unlawful content. We may refuse and refund an order containing such material.

5. Production and delivery

Production begins after we have received cleared payment and usable photographs. We aim to make orders within three working days. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is made, subject to receiving the photographs and information needed to complete the order.

Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed or arrives damaged.

6. Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

Each order is made to your specifications using your photographs. The statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. We may, at our discretion, accept a cancellation before production starts, so contact us immediately if you make a mistake.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for correctly made personalised magnets. This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not made with reasonable care and skill.

7. Problems, refunds and replacements

Inspect your magnets when they arrive. If there is a fault, damage or production error, email us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. Where the law requires, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, although we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise delay.

9. Personal information

We handle personal information and uploaded photographs as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints

Please email magnevistudio@icloud.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

11. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may transfer your rights only where the law permits; we may transfer ours only where this does not reduce your consumer protections.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, but consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
